Brain Health Awareness Workshops - Kids & Teens
Kids & Teens workshops designed to Kids in Elementary schools and Teens in Middle & High school to bring awareness on Brain Health at early stage. During the workshop I'll explore the Five Pillars of Brain Health (Sleep, Nutrition, Emotional Wellbeing, Physical exercise & Cognitive Fitness) and discuss various healthy habits that can keep our minds active. I'll also include fun activities linked to each pillar, making it enjoyable for the students to remember what they've learned and they can even share these games with their families!
Brain Health Awareness Workshops - Adults & Seniors
Workshops designed to Seniors and Adults to bring awareness on Brain Health. During the interactive workshop I'll explore the Five Pillars of Brain Health (Sleep, Nutrition, Emotional Wellbeing, Physical exercise & Cognitive Fitness). I will engage seniors in the fun activities. Additionally, through forms of art such as dance and music, I will engage the audience in ways that directly promote brain health, incorporating simple steps they can easily follow.
